I have many community resources for agencies and private providers to ensure you or your loved on can be assisted at home with cleaning, grocery shopping, errands, meal preparation, companionship and doctor visits. I can give you assistance with services that complete payroll for you if you have a private caregiver already in place.
Housing
I will evaluate and assist in the selection of appropriate level of care and residential options; taking into consideration needs, budget and desired goals.
I have visited and evaluated several local nursing homes, assisted living facilities and independent communities in the area. I will provide a detailed analysis of each facility.
Monitoring
I share the care plan with the home care agency, nursing home or assisted living and monitor for compliance and quality, intervening when necessary to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
